Alena Salakhova
Alena is the regional director of SThree, a FTSE-250 company with presence in 16 different countries and an annual revenue of more than £1bn each year. Based out of our Singapore office, she is also the regional lead for our Diversity & Inclusion committee. With over a decade of experience within recruitment and talent strategies, Alena has worked for some of the leading recruitment agencies all over the world and have developed a good understanding of various markets, specialisms and the art of headhunting. As a key leader in the business, Alena brings her proficient understanding of the markets in APAC and an astute sense of business acumen.
