Eng Keat Lee

Eng Keat is an Executive Director at Group Foreign Direct Investment Advisory, UOB. He is responsible for developing partnerships with government agencies, trade associations and professional service providers. These partnerships support the Bank’s efforts to help companies set up and to grow their operations as they tap opportunities across Asia. He is also responsible for raising awareness on how UOB can support companies in their cross-border expansion by developing strategic marketing initiatives and participating at relevant industry forums. Eng Keat brings his more than 20 years’ experience with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) to UOB. During his time at EDB, he developed strategies to engage global logistics, utility and agrifood companies.

Executive Director, Head Customer Experience & Strategic Projects, UOB

Diana Chan

Diana is an Executive Director at Group Channels and Digitalisation, UOB. Her current portfolio includes managing Customer Experience & Strategic Projects and driving regional connectivity including Foreign Direct Investment. Diana has more than 24 years of experience in retail and wholesale banking operations as well as products and services distribution via branch network, self-service banking machines and digital channels. Area of focus includes system and operations management, process automation embracing Fintech solutions, risk management, regulatory compliance (specifically in the area of AML/CFT), project and customer experience management. Diana has also experience in working with regional countries; in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China and Vietnam on cross functional/country projects.
