Gerard is an operations expert across industries such as Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Manufacturing, Mining, Aerospace and Oil & Gas. He embarked on his startup journey via Corporate Development at Validus Capital, then as COO with 88Spares.

Andrew Butcher

Andrew, Partner, has expansive experience across industries with a focus on Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Consumer Product Goods (CPG) companies. Andrew has held senior regional positions with PwC, IBM, EY and SAP, having worked in UK, AU and more than 20 years in SEA. Andrew brings expertise in guiding business strategy and market expansion know how, and now guides and supports startups / SMEs in scaling their businesses.

Richard Leong

Richard is XS APAC’s Associate Partner and has more than 20 years of experience driving Business Development in Enterprise Software, Cloud and System Networks across Southeast Asia. He was previously in regional Head of Sales and Partnerships roles in global IT companies including SAP, NetScout and Ivanti. Over his career, Richard has successfully built far reaching relationships with a huge network of partner companies across various continents globally, with widespread coverage of sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and F&B. He is XS APAC’s foremost expert on building partnership ecosystems.
