Johny Tay is a venture builder and investment venture partner working with startup networks from Singapore to Silicon Valley (and outer space!). Over the last 8 years, Johny has partnered more than 20 startup networks across the world, contributing to the successful fundraise and launch of more than 100 startups. Notably, Johny is Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Founder Institute (Silicon Valley), the world’s largest pre-seed accelerator. He is also a co-founder for the InnovationXSustainability Alliance (IxSA), a global think-tank for startups and investors focused on sustainability, founded by leaders from business, conservation, and wellness sectors. Further, Johny works with a coalition of progressive investors to fund/exit startups at all levels, connect potential LPs, and fund VCs/startup initiatives. He offers deep expertise for both startups founders and investors, across markets and sectors.
