Pauline is the Head of Innovation Partnerships, Tech Connect SEA at UBS AG, Singapore, responsible for establishing strategic partnerships across stakeholders in Singapore and Southeast Asia, facilitating access to capital and knowledge for business growth. Pauline has honed her skills throughout her career, having helmed the Innovation and Enterprise Directorate at the National Research Foundation and headed the Healthcare cluster at Intellectual Property Intermediary (IPI). She also possesses a wealth of experience in technology and innovation as a PhD holder in Stem Cell Biology.

Warren is the Head of TMT and Private Financing Markets, South-East Asia and India at UBS AG. Warren has been instrumental in developing UBS’ presence with New Economy companies across the region. Having covered more than 50 transactions that include private placements, IPOs, secondary listings just to name a few, Warren possesses a deep understanding of companies as they journey through each stage of growth. Warren has also previously served as a technology and capital markets specialist in other renowned financial institutions.
